Take part by acting in an ecologicaly sound manner
PROHIBITED
at PEMLS:
- Capturing or catching any marine or land organism, stones,
shells, sand or ANYTHING else, except for scientific
research, previously authorized by the PEMLS Administration;
- Poluting or causing any physical damage that may generate
impact over the biological and geological structures in the
area;
- Landing at Laje de Santos or any of the other rock
formations without previous and express authorization of
both the PEMLS Adminstration and the Brazilian Navy;
- Fishing, or any fishing vessel to remain within the parks
limits;
- Enter the PEMLS área in possession of any type of weapon,
fishing or hunting equipment or any other activity that
poses threat to the flora and founa of the park.

PERMITTED at
PEMLS:
- Mergulhar, nadar, passear, navegar, tirar fotos convencionais e subaquáticas, gravar
imagens;
- The ecological sound tourism that is benefical to the
environment and na ally to its preservation;
- Beyond having fun, it is also permitted to observe,
register and report the practice of prohibited actions at
PEMLS, delivering the evidence and reporting the facts to
the knowledge of the Park’s Director or through the REPORT
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY form in this website for the investigation
of such acts, as well as the punishment of the people
involved;
- The park is also yours. Protect it and have fun, today and
always.

Remember:
- The agression to the environment is a crime by Law, with
penalties varying from fines to 5 years in prision.
- Its considered an Agravation when the crime is commited inside a
Conservation Unit.
